St.John-San Juan Lutheran Preschool and Child Care has been providing affordable child care to our community since 1967. We have always maintained our reputation of being a family-like facility where children are nurtured, loved, and encouraged to grow and learn with caring and educated teachers and staff. Here, we like to allow children to learn from both social and educational means. We include indoor play, outdoor play, weekly age-appropriate chapel time, and a faith-based curriculum. We maintain family-like classrooms with low child to teacher ratios and also ensure all of our staff are certified in pediatric CPR and first aid. Our center also offers hot lunches, an a.m, and p.m snack. During meal time, our teachers and their students dine together in a family-like setting at the same table. Older children are encouraged to participate by setting the table, serving food, and clean up. This allows for bonding and growth. Following our faith and a daily routine allows new children to adjust in a calm, fun, safe center. Our center has a secure code entry, shaded play areas, and safe, cozy classrooms. From day one, you and your little one will feel at home.

St. John – San Juan Lutheran Child Care Center is a mission of St. John – San Juan Lutheran Church. Our mission is to provide a loving, safe, fun and high quality, yet affordable, Christian based early education to the children and families in the Austin area. To instill a love of learning in young children that will follow them through the rest of their life.
